Living Life to the Full

The Living Life to the Full program was created by UK medical doctor and psychiatrist, Dr. Chris Williams. This 8-week course is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles and aims to provide people with tools to reduce stress and worry, boost mood, improve motivation and problem-solving skills, and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
