Food Journaling Workshop and Review with Dietitian Veronica Kacinik
Dear Diary, Let's Talk About Food: A Workshop To Fuel Change One Page At A Time
Struggling with cravings, low energy, or feeling unsure if your current habits align with your health goals? Think you're following healthy eating guidelines, but wondering if you're really on track?
This workshop is for you.
Food journaling is a practical, evidence-informed tool that supports long-term health and behaviour change. It’s not about restriction or getting it “right”; it’s about reflection, curiosity, and building awareness without judgement, and ultimately understanding your habits.
