This workshop is for you.

Food journaling is a practical, evidence-informed tool that supports long-term health and behaviour change. It’s not about restriction or getting it “right”; it’s about reflection, curiosity, and building awareness without judgment, and ultimately understanding your habits.

By tracking what, when, where, and why you eat, you gain valuable insight into your habits - insight that can guide personalized, sustainable changes and help your healthcare team support you more effectively.

*This workshop will be run in two sessions. After session 1, participants will be asked to complete a food journal and submit it for review. In session 2, participants will have received their personalized feedback from Veronica and will have the opportunity to ask questions during the class.
